Embodied Leadership

Shape change towards collective care + liberation from the inside-out.

Embodied leadership is the practice of attuned re-alignment with ourselves, one another, and the natural world. Guided by the mind-body connection, embodied leadership opens an awareness of our patterns to support more responsive and present way of being. For emerging and established change leaders and teams in non-profit, education, and other social ecosystems.

Sarah Giles

Senior Project Manager, Oregon's Kitchen Table

"Jacque's embodied leadership mentorship has been invaluable in helping me work through the ways that I want to show up as a leader - in all its forms - in my work, with my colleagues, partners, and community members. Jacque brings a unique ability to hold both the personal and the universal at the same time, which I find is often the struggle anyone in a leadership role faces."

Olivia Jones-Hall

Youth Programs Director, Literary Arts

"I’ve had the pleasure to work closely with Jacque in organizational development, team support, and individual support capacities over the past 6 years. Through 2023 and 2024, Jacque guided our institution through a values articulation process, through which she also helped us to examine organizational culture, and to develop more sustainable equity frameworks. She has a grounded and open approach to embodiment and culture creation, and a gift for reframing complex challenges into surmountable tasks and conversations. I am always grateful for and energized by Jacque’s work: she is as curious as she is knowledgeable, she is flexible and responsive and understands people as individuals and as a group. We are in the best hands with her."
