Module 2: The Protector's Realm
Informed by the Internal Family Systems modality, this course teaches the protector parts that manage our daily lives. Learners will explore different kinds of protectors and meet protectors in their own system. Journal prompts, guided meditations, and invitations for integration in life and relationships support learning.
This course is for anyone who is interested in IFS and working with parts. It can also supplement your individual or group work with an IFS practitioner.
