Welcome to a Parts Work Teaching Series
Module 1: Internal Family Systems, Parts Work & Self Leadership
This course teaches the foundational concepts and principles of the Internal Family Systems modality. Students can expect to learn the basics about parts, Self, and important concepts such as unblending, Self leadership, and multiplicity. IFS's relationship to resonance work will also be explored.
Course Intentions:
Learn the basics tenets of the IFS modality and it's relationship to parts work
Engage in personal reflection and practice
Build initial connections between IFS, embodiment, and resonance

1.2 The Internal Family Systems Modality
1.3 Understand Self + Self Leadership
1.4 Explore Self Leadership + Resonance
Each lesson will typically include the following:
📖 Learn: Brief teaching about the topic with an audio recording
📝 Journal: Prompts for deeper exploration and reflection
🎧 Practice: Guided practice
🌏 Apply: Invitations for integration and application in the world.
🤿 Deeper Dive: Resources for further study
Lessons can be as short as 20-30 minutes or extended depending on how deeply you would like to explore the material.
Everything in this self-guided course is an invitation. You are the expert of your own experience. Move towards what resonates and leave what doesn't.
