Jacque (jack-ee) is a practitioner, educator, and consultant with a passion for spirals. Serving at the intersection of relationships, healing, and culture co-creation, Jacque brings nearly 20 years of experience to her integrated approach for holding space and facilitation. A former public school teacher turned parts worker in 2019, Jacque is a trained IFS practitioner from the Internal Family Systems Institute. She centers curiosity and somatic practice as guides for cultivating inner and collective resonance.
Jacque’s scholarship and praxis include ecopsychology, ancient and indigenous ways of understanding, the Black feminist liberation movement, equity, and quantum theory. Jacque is the inheritor of a multiracial, second generation Korean adoptee diasporic lineage with rural Oregon roots. Her liminality shapes her futurist lens and relationship with spirituality and possibilities. She believes attunement to our inner world is essential for wayfinding in times of uncertainty. "I’ve had the pleasure to work closely with Jacque in organizational development, team support, and individual support capacities over the past 6 years. Through 2023 and 2024, Jacque guided our institution through a values articulation process, through which she also helped us to examine organizational culture, and to develop more sustainable equity frameworks. She has a grounded and open approach to embodiment and culture creation, and a gift for reframing complex challenges into surmountable tasks and conversations. I am always grateful for and energized by Jacque’s work: she is as curious as she is knowledgeable, she is flexible and responsive and understands people as individuals and as a group. We are in the best hands with her."
